Travel Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival Srinagar Airport @ 1:15pm transfer to Apple tree resort on Srinagar- Gulmarg highway.
Day 2 – Gulmarg trip return hotel.
Day 3 – Pahalgam trip transfer to Walison Peace Resort, night stay.
Day 4 – Pahalgam Day trip.
Day 5 – Sonmarg trip, including Zero Point Kargil War memorial, night stay Hotel glacier heights.
Day 6 – Srinagar local.
Day 7 – Drop to Srinagar Airport 12:00 hrs.
Brief Introduction about the booking and Itinerary
After the first group, many of our friends, associates, near and dear ones came to know about our tour and travel start up. One of our friend told us that one family is planning a trip to Kashmir and they are looking for some services especially the cab service for their trip. This family was known to some other close friend of our friend. The family has already made some itinerary plans but needed guidance and cab service. Here we realized that most people don’t prefer or trust tour and travel operators fully, reasons being that mostly many people may have had bitter experiences and over costly budget issues. So being unaware many tourists and travelers either enquire a lot or prefer trips only after having some friendly connections from the localities. Sadly because of many tour and travel operators, it has made it difficult to be trusted easily.
Our prime motive is to provide quality service, satisfaction and earn trust of our customers and not the quantity and profit. We have already planned to provide the best affordable possible services. We got this booking through a friendly trust only. The itinerary was already suggested to the customer by someone else. Looking at their itinerary, we found that it was randomly created, and the trips were not as per the comfort of customers. So we discussed the changes with the customer that how the itinerary was little exhaustive from one end travel to another end and how it could be more comfortable and cost effective for them. Usually a business will not do that bcoz it would drop their own returns only but for us it matters that the customer should get proper guidance, honest services, and transparent information.
Mr Ajay already liked our idea and confirmed us for their service and trusted us to give this opportunity to provide service as well as guide them throughout the trip and we ensured our best response to him. Although the service booked with us was just cab for 6 days, however we provided all the necessary information and support as and when asked by the customers on call. Due to unforeseen reasons few plans were changed like Kargil War memorial visit and Gondola rides but we made sure all the payments were fully refunded such cancelled events.
